In 2020, the ENGIE Group brought us together with Fenix International and ENGIE PowerCorner to form ENGIE Energy Access.
We are even stronger together and are scaling up across Africa as we prepare to launch our expanded product range, MySol. With currently over 200 employees in more than 10 shops across the country, our Rwanda team is dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience, while our high quality products (designed in the United States and Germany) ensure long-term customer satisfaction

MySol is the new brand name that will replace what is known today as Fenix and Mobisol. Following the integration of Fenix International, Mobisol and PowerCorner to form ENGIE Energy Access, the company is creating an expanded product range by combining Fenix and Mobisol products. MySol offers you the same high quality products you know and trust, but with more options to choose from.
Once you decide to buy a solar home system, our sales team will take your contact information. After that you will receive a customer assessment call for system eligibility.
Once this has been approved and payment has been made, your system will be prepared immediately by our technical team and will be ready for pick-up at the shop closest to you.
Please carry your National ID with you once you come to collect your system.
Payments are made easy via MTN Mobile Money and Airtel Money. Our payments plans are flexible and come in affordable rates, to allow everybody to benefit from our solar home systems.

No need to worry. We understand that there are times when financial difficulties arise. We will be in contact with you to understand your challenge and advise you accordingly to better help you manage the payments.
Yes! You will have full ownership of your independent power source after paying off your system loan completely.
Yes! Our clean energy empowers you to generate extra income. For example, by charging your neighbors’ phones or using our large TV for public live football match streaming. Also, we reward those recommending our system and services through a RWF 15,000 commission for every new customer who made their purchase decision based on your recommendation.
We guarantee a 3-year warranty on our SHS (solar controller, battery and panel), 2 years on the TVs, and one year warranty on all other appliances (cables, switches, phone charging kit, torch).
Additionally we offer you free customer care via our service hotline as well as technical assistance from our local staff.
