It is not excluded that information collected by this device may be communicated to another entity of the Group in order to allow the processing of ethical reporting in accordance with legal provisions, in particular by taking all necessary measures to ensure compliance with confidentiality and security of the elements thus transmitted.

Transfer outside the EU: where applicable, these transfers are supervised by the ENGIE Group BCRs.
